- Processing times: Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipping, although we always try to ship as fast as possible. If you are in a hurry or need your items for a specific date, feel free to message us and we will do our best to prioritize shipping your order.
- Shipping rates:
- Belgium: €6.50 (Free shipping on orders over €50)
- The Netherlands: €7.50 (Free shipping on orders over €60)
- Tracking: All our packages include a tracking number. As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your Track & Trace link so you can follow your package’s journey.
- Taxes & duties: All orders shipped within Belgium and The Netherlands are free from customs duties and import taxes. The price you see at the checkout is the final price you pay.
